Refund Policy
You may change your marketing campaign, website, or online marketing material.  However, there is a charge for service changes and additional work that is not already included it the original statement of work and invoice.  You can think of your marketing campaign, website and online services, as little billboards along the information highway.  Like highway billboards along the Interstate, your ads can always be changed, but someone has to take the time to make those changes, and we have to pay the people to make those changes for you.  Your ad changes will be made at our hourly rate for website maintenance.  The price will usually be about $30.00/hr, for any additional service that was not previously discussed and outlined in the original quote but could be higher or lower depending on the requirements.  We are glad to make your changes so that your online services will display your most current information and we will provide an additional statement of work that needs to be authorized by you (the customer) before any work is started on your behalf.  If you do not wish to pay for future changes, please try to have your online services and campaign material submitted exactly as you want it displayed for the term of your package.
You (the customer) may cancel your order from Aspiring Solutions, Inc., at no cost to you, at any time before the work is performed.  You may cancel your service request via email or in writing to our main office located at 3711 W. Irving Park Rd. Suite 2, Chicago, IL 60618.  If you cancel Aspiring Solutions, Inc. services before your marketing campaign or online service project has been started, you are entitled to and will receive a prompt 100% refund minus any processing credit card fees or transactions incurred by Aspiring Solutions, Inc. 
However, once any of the work is performed or services are rendered by Aspiring Solutions, Inc., you are liable for full payment of the entire invoice amount.  You are liable for all work performed and services rendered by Aspiring Solutions, Inc, partners, affiliates, employees, and subcontractors.
